Danny Dracic is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the property development and real estate industry. He has held senior positions in real estate management, residential property development and construction, and has worked across both the private and public sectors.
In the early 2000s, Danny established one of the first House and Land package companies in Melbourne West, with a focus on the first home buyers’ market. He had a specific interest in assisting young people move from private rental to homeownership.
Danny's success continued as he joined CHL Group in 2008 and led the Project Services department. Under his management, CHL's portfolio grew from 850 properties to over 11,000 properties today, operating in every State within Australia.
Danny's extensive experience and leadership skills resulted in him holding numerous senior management positions within CHL Group, with his last being the Deputy CEO. He has a passion for creating affordable housing solutions and helping young people enter the property market.
