Maintenance issues may occasionally arise during your tenancy. It’s important to us and the property owner that these are addressed promptly to ensure the property remains safe and fully functional.
While you're responsible for maintaining the property in good condition, certain repairs may fall under our responsibility. If any damage occurs, please notify us, regardless of the cause. This helps ensure the issue is addressed promptly and prevents further damage.
All regular maintenance requests must be submitted in writing to ensure we can properly assess and address the issue. You're welcome to contact our office or your property manager directly, but a follow-up email will be required.
If you identify a fault which could lead to death or injury to persons or serious damage to property (Eg. live bare electrical wire, fire) please contact emergency services on 000 in the first instance.
After Hours Maintenance
If an after-hours maintenance issue arises that you consider an emergency and cannot wait until our office reopens, please visit our emergency after-hours contact page. There, you will find a list of our preferred contractors in each area who are available to handle emergencies.
