HHR is the managing agent for both the private and affordable homes at these locations, with friendly staff based on site to support you throughout your tenancy. We can’t wait to meet you, show you around these beautiful homes, and welcome you into our growing community.

All properties are part of the Build-to-Rent program, meaning there’s no risk of the owner selling or moving in. Our goal is to create secure, long-term homes where you can settle in and stay for years to come.

Your Options

As mentioned, HHR manages two types of housing at these locations. While the homes themselves are identical, affordable housing has specific eligibility requirements, which are outlined below.

Private Housing

• These are standard private rental homes, with rent set based on market comparisons and available data. Applications for these homes focus on affordability and rental history, helping us make sure the home is the right fit for you.

Affordable Housing 

• These are designed to support eligible households to alleviate housing stress by offering a discounted market rate for their rent. These homes have eligibility requirements, including an income threshold. This means we’ll also check that your income falls within the required limits. If you think you may be eligible, we’re more than happy to help guide you through the process.
