We would like to take this opportunity to welcome all of our new Investors to HHR! The transfer of the management took effect on 1 September and we are thrilled to be part of the investment journey for over 1500 investors managing 1344 properties in Qld, 115 in NSW and 137 in South Australia.
Covid19 has brought some challenging times for landlords and tenants across Australia and Horizon Housing Realty are very pleased to say that we have seen positive action from both landlords and tenants as we negotiated rent reductions, with less than 5% of the overall portfolio impacted. Covid 19 restrictions are lifting on a daily basis in all states, and therefore we have returned to routine inspections and increased open houses with Covid 19 safe work practices in place.
