The Queensland’s Government has made some significant changes to the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 and Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Regulation 2009.

Due to the impact the ever real estate changing legislation during the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the operating environment of Horizon Housing with staff predominantly working from home, a decision was made to defer the transfer of the management of properties from Horizon Housing Solutions to Horizon Housing Realty until 1 September 2020.
