Website Relaunch & Transition to Horizon Housing Realty
Due to the impact the ever real estate changing legislation during the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the operating environment of Horizon Housing with staff predominantly working from home, a decision was made to defer the transfer of the management of properties from Horizon Housing Solutions to Horizon Housing Realty until 1 September 2020.
This will ensure that Horizon Housing can continue to focus on delivering the day-to-day management of your property during these challenging times. Before 1 September 2020 Horizon will complete the administrative tasks involved in the transfer including:
- Registration of all real estate licenses
- Migration of trust accounts
- Communications to tenants
- Issue of new Payway cards to tenants for rent payments.
If you have not yet returned your new property management agreement and the Qld Government form 6, please can you return to Horizon Housing at your earliest opportunity.
